The Brief
To sub-divide the three floors to accommodate specific numbers of staff, whilst allowing future expansion, to also include meeting rooms and breakout area, all to very tight deadlines.
The Solution
We carefully protected the existing floor coverings to all areas and built the new offices and meeting rooms, in line with our proposals, sympathetically matching the finishes of the existing building.
The glazed areas, allowing clear vision from within the new offices and meeting rooms, were picture framed in solid oak trims to match the skirtings, door linings and doors.
The existing lighting and switching circuits were modified, to accommodate the new works, whilst adding new lighting as required.
A bespoke Operable Wall was installed to further sub-divide, the large ground floor meeting room.
A quality oak kitchen, granite style worktops and safety flooring were installed in the Breakout Area, to provide an equally stylish lunch area.
Quality leather 2 seater sofa's and chairs were delivered to complete our works and exceed our Clients expectations.
